  • The Therapy Garden constructed for Children’s Specialized Hospital posed many challenges. It was constructed above the Hospitals main conference area. The whole area required a waterproof membrane install prior to any of the walks, walls or planters being installed. The curved planter walls were all reinforced concrete walls poured in place. All the form work and pouring of the walls was done by Michael Riesz and Co employees.
  • The project also included colored concrete walks, a “Globe” fountain, granite engraved tile and an elaborate planting scheme. For a relatively small project it proved to be very involved and rewarding.
